Dr. Kongdan (Katy) Oh is a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analysis and a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution. N. Korean Refugees View Regime With Skepticism

A new survey of North Korean refugees living in South Korea and China suggests an increasing number of North Koreans view Kim Jong-Il’s regime with skepticism.
