Tony Slinn is the UK based Editor-in-chief of Dredging and Port Construction, Safety at Sea International and Ports & Harbors magazines. Slinn founded the journal Commercial Diver & Underwater Contractor while working for the Daily Mail Group and was managing editor of their maritime division before joining IHS Fairplay as editor-in-chief where he’s responsible for Dredging and Port Construction, Safety at Sea International and Ports & Harbors magazines. He is a British Sub-Aqua Club and HSE-registered advanced scuba diving instructor and also holds a UK Ministry of Transport coastal skipper’s license.
