Will Hartley is Editor of IHS Jane’s Terrorism & Insurgency Center (JTIC). He heads a UK-based team responsible for collecting and analyzing terrorism and insurgency related open source intelligence (OSINT), profiling currently active non-state armed groups, producing country briefing, case study and major terrorist incident reports.
Prior to joining IHS Jane’s, he worked as a project manager in the Global Strategy & Program Management department of Credit Suisse, taught in international schools across Uganda, Thailand and Morocco and for a UK consultancy firm specializing in technology driven information collection and analysis. He holds a MA (Distinction) in sub-state conflict from the War Studies Department at King’s College, London.
He is available to give analysis and interviews on terrorist organizations, insurgency, active non-state armed groups, and major terrorist activity.
