Nick Blackmore is Editor of Safety At Sea International, which for 40 years has been the world’s only magazine dedicated to maritime safety. Before joining SASI in December 2008, he was the editor of Seafarer, the magazine of the maritime charity, The Marine Society & Sea Cadets.
He was nominated for the Desmond Wettern Media Award at the 2008 Maritime Media Awards for his work on Seafarer. He has an MA in Modernism and a BA in American and English Literature from the University of East Anglia.
