Charlotte Lepri is researcher and lecturer at IRIS (Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques), focusing on defence, security, and intelligence-related topics, crisis management, emerging global security challenges, transatlantic relations and the United States.
She is pursuing a doctorate at the Université Paris 8 on parliamentary oversight over intelligence services, as well as undertaking studies for the French Ministry of Defense and the European Commission.
Ms. Lepri is the member of the editorial board of the Revue Internationale et Stratégique and Sécurité et Stratégie.
She holds a master’s in research in International Relations conducted in the University of Virginia, as well as a Masters in Global Security from the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV. She also holds a degree in Economic and Social Administration, of which a year was conducted in Università Tor Vergata, in Rome, Italy.
