Matthew Clements is the UK Based IHS Jane’s Eurasia Analyst. He is a specialist in the areas of political instability, organized crime, terrorism and insurgency, international relations and armed conflict within the former Soviet Union and Afghanistan.
He earned both undergraduate and master’s degrees at the war studies department at King’s College London.
