Esther Bendahan Cohen is writer and Cultural Manager at Casa Sefarad-Israel. She has PhD. in French Philology and MA. in Creative Writing and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense, Madrid.
Her published novels include Soñar con Hispania (2000); Deshojando Alcachofas (2005); Déjalo, ya volveremos (2006); La Cara de Marte (2007) and Premio Tigre Juan. XXIX- El secreto de la Reina Persa (2009).
She is also Assistant Director at TVE2 in Madrid. Before joining Casa Sefarad-Israel, she has worked as e.g. Communication Director and Course Coordinator at La Escuela del Museo, Content Advisor for psychology and literature programs and Event organizer at Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain. She was also Docent at Escuela de Letras y la Escuela de Humanidades and Visiting Professor at Sorbonne University in France.
