A Senior Fellow at the International Peace Institute, Efrat Elron works as an independent consultant with multinational companies in Israel, and conducts intercultural workshops in graduate programs around the globe.
Dr. Elron’s research interests include multinational organizations and the ways that cultural diversity affects them, team processes and effectiveness, and the impact of gender on work behavior and motivation. She is currently teaching at the Hebrew University and Tel-Hai college. She is also a graduate of the Tel Aviv University’s two year group facilitator course, and integrates her skills as facilitator in all of her academic teaching, including courses on managing in multinational organizations.
She received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, and her B.S. in Psychology and Biology from the Hebrew University.
