The dedicated team behind The Global Experts, based in New York

Stephanie Durand is Media and Partnerships Officer at the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, where she is in charge of development, outreach and project management. Part of her responsibility is to organize meeting of media leaders, training of media professionals, development of video & multimedia projects and of the Global Experts website and the management of a portfolio of over 100 strategic media partners around the world, from major international broadcasters to small underfunded newspapers. She previously worked at Sciences Po Paris as associate director subsequently at the international affairs office and at the Graduate School of Journalism, where she developed over 50 partnerships with media outlets and journalism schools around the world. Of Franco-German origin, she holds a master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics in International Affairs with a focus on international media, and an executive master in media management from Sciences Po. Daanish Masoodis Media and Partnerships Manager for the UNAOC. He plays a central role in the strategic development of the Global Experts project. Daanish also handles a range of communications activities for the Alliance, along with project development, fundraising, and new partnerships. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Daanish speaks Arabic, Farsi, and Urdu. He studied philosophy at New York University.Contact: daanishm@unops.org
